HSTRY BY NAS INTRODUCES THE LIBERTY CAPSULE: PROCEEDS GOING TO ACLU
NEW YORK, NY – HSTRY introduces the online-exclusive Liberty Capsule Collection, in support of our brothers and sisters in the U.S. and across the world being negatively affected by the sudden “immigration ban” in the U.S. This includes legal, working and tax-paying immigrants with green cards as well as refugees with appropriate documentation being turned away from American borders.
While the ACLU – American Civil Liberties Union – has received record donations recently for assisting many of these immigrants and refugees, they have a long road ahead with their fight. HSTRY will be donating 30% of proceeds from this collection to contribute to their cause of protecting the rights of everyone in America since 1920.
The collection of Liberty tees and hats features the Statue of Liberty – a historic icon of freedom and a welcoming sign to immigrants arriving to the U.S. since 1886 – as well as the inscription on the statue by poet Emma Lazarus to remind us what America has stood for:
“Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, the wretched refuse of your teeming shore. Send these, the homeless, tempest-tossed to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!”
The Liberty Capsule includes short and long sleeve tees as well as dad hats, and is priced between $29 and $34. Available exclusively on hstryclothing.com today.
Many of us are descendants of immigrants who helped build the America we know and love today. Let’s honor our #HSTRY.
